Factory automation
The CP-02 Analog Current Setpoint Controller is a small, simple, and cheap device that allows adjusting current from 4 to 20 mA.
The PC-01 voltage converter is a simple voltage dropper from 21-32 V DC to one of the following values: 5 V, 9 V, or 12 V.
The VC-02 digital signals separator is used for the galvanic isolation of electric circuits. The device is passive, which means it doesn’t require powering.
The VC-03 and VC-04 relay interfaces can replace electromagnetic relays. As they don’t have electromechanical parts they work well with high switching frequencies.

Solutions
The LoRa-NET is a solution for creating modular telemetry networks with a star topology consisting of a module with an RS485 connector at the central point and a variable number of modules equipped with analog and digital inputs and outputs, depending on the needs.
The TM-05-LoRa-WI radio signal link is designed to create a wireless connection between two points and allows for transmission of 10 digital and 4 analog signals in both directions. The set is preconfigured and ready to use.
The one-way radio bridge allows for the transmission of 16 digital signals from the inputs of one module to the outputs of another module. The solution being sold is preconfigured and ready to use.

The NC-01-GSM industrial modem is a device that enables the communication between isolated APN networks and other networks using RS485 or RS422 standards.

Examples of applications:
- Controlling of an inverter – frequency adjusting
CP-02 is perfect as a controller of frequency and other parameters of inverters. It’s better than a plain potentiometer, especially when there is a significant distance between an inverter and a control panel. An additional advantage of CP-02 is that two cable conductors are sufficient and in most cases, cables don’t require shielding.
- Presetting parameters
In an application with a simple driver unit based on PLC, regulators, or relays it’s often necessary to change process parameters. Using HMI panels is often too expensive and uncomfortable.
CP-02 is the solution to this problem. Connecting it with an analog input of PLC allows changing its control parameters.

The CP-02 Analog Current Setpoint Controller is perfect when it comes to diagnosing devices and driver units which involve sensors and have 4-20 mA current outputs.
There is often a need to check the driver unit or regulator in its functioning conditions. It is possible to switch the sensor or converter with CP-02 and simulate its behavior. It helps to find a defect quickly. This application also allows the checking of drivers’, regulators’, and relays’ outputs. CP-02 helps to check whether the output is working and whether the reaction for changing the signal is the one that was expected.
- Launching and testing of driver units
CP-02 does a great job when used to launch and test driver units and regulators. It allows quick testing of units outside the target machine.
With CP-02 conditions an object’s behavior can be simulated. It also enables the checking of the driver units. All those functions allow a quick finding of mistakes and as a result save time.
- CP-02 as position sensor
The fact that adjusting of current is performed by changing the angle of rotation of the potentiometer’s axis, allows using CP-02 instead of expensive absolute position sensors. It can control the position of proportional valves, butterfly valves, gates, windows, arms, etc. CP-02 allows easy translation from rotary movement to linear movement and by that, controls parts that move linearly.
When used with float it can be used to measuring of fluid levels. When mounted on the pendulum axis it can measure acceleration.
Those are only examples of possible applications of the CP-02 current potentiometer.

The PC-01S voltage converter is a power supply unit that reduces the direct current to 5 V, 9 V, or 12 V.

PC-01S is a good voltage regulator for factory automation systems, prototypes, and control cabinets. A big advantage of PC-01S is its small dimensions:
The most important features of PC-01S::

VC-02 was designed for separating signals in industrial automation for example between PLCs, transmitters, and data-gathering systems.
It can replace electromagnetic relays, especially when a high switching frequency is needed. Additionally, it can work with a much lower switching current.

The VC-03 relay interface replaces traditional electromagnetic relays. The most important feature of VC-03 is a lack of electromechanical parts which makes it a good solution when a high switching frequency is needed. It doesn’t generate electromagnetic interferences.

Radio signal link TM-05-LoRa-WI
Radio signal link TM-05-LoRa creates a wireless connection between two points and can send 10 digital and 4 analog signals in both directions. Radio signal link TM-05-LoRa consists of two TM-05-LoRa modules and two antennas.
Every TM-05-LoRa has:
- 5 digital inputs
- 5 digital outputs
- 2 analog inputs
- 2 analog outputs
Signals captured by the inputs of the first module are applied to the outputs of the second module, as a result, the TM-05-LoRa set mimics a wired connection between two points. The solution allows for the simultaneous transmission of 10 digital signals and 4 analog signals.
LoRa frequency is distinguished by high stability of communication, interference resistance, and high sensitivity which increases the working range.
The maximal signal transmitting frequency is 10 Hz. The lower the transmitting frequency, the bigger the maximal transmitting distance. The maximal transmitting distance, when the transmitting frequency is 10Hz is 1 km. The maximal transmitting distance with a lower frequency and good environmental conditions can be up to 5 km. Parameters are set with a PC app that is provided with the purchase. The TM-05 modules have a status output signaling an active connection.
The TM-05 LoRa signal link has several functions that increase its reliability. The application used to set and read parameters displays information on the average radio signal level at the receiver input during data packet reception. This allows for an assessment of transmission quality and tests to be conducted at different power and antenna settings. The application can also read the current input signal level, which allows for the selection of a channel where other devices will not interfere with the operation of the radio signal link. Another parameter is the connection reliability indicator, which shows the proportion between the number of transmission periods and the number of received frames.
Using wireless technology for signal transmission lowers the costs of connecting points where analog and digital signals are gathered and processed. It also makes it easier to connect additional points to an existing control system or make a portable measurement point that can be used for diagnostic purposes.

LoRa-NET modular network
LoRa-NET is a solution for creating modular telemetry networks star topology consisting of the central NC-01-LoRa module and a variable number of TM-05-LoRadigital and analog inputs and outputs, TM-14-LoRa digital inputs, and TM-15-LoRa digital outputs modules.
The NC-01-LoRa module must be connected to a computer or a PLC controller using the RS485 connector and MODBUS protocol to read and send signals from and to devices in the network. The master device collects signals from the network devices and transfers them to the computer or PLC controller. The signals can be collected and processed, for example, using SCADA software. Using the TM-05-LoRa and TM-15-LoRa outputs, the NC-01-LoRa module can control the devices connected to the network.
The NC-01-LoRa acts as the master and polls the connected devices. The order and frequency of polling devices in the network are set in the application, which is available for free. The entire network can operate on a single channel or on multiple channels simultaneously. The channel and transmission power can be individually set for each device using the application. One-way radio bridge
The one-way wireless bridge is the simplest of the solutions for telemetry offered by us. It sends 16 digital signals from the inputs of the TM-14-LoRa module to the outputs of the TM-15-LoRa module. Such a connection allows remote control of devices based on signals coming from sensors located at a certain distance. In the case of purchasing a one-way wireless bridge as a solution, the TM-14-LoRa and TM-15-LoRa modules are pre-configured and ready to operate immediately after connection. The application available free of charge allows you to set optimal communication parameters, but in most cases, default parameters are sufficient to conduct preliminary system tests.
NC-01-GSM Industrial modem
NC-01-GSM is a device that enables communication between an isolated APN network and other networks using RS485 or RS422 standards.
NC-01-GSM connects with an APN network using GSM 2G technology and the GSM operator’s infrastructure. Access to the APN network is acquired via a VPN tunnel.
NC-01-GSM can work in three modes:
- Transparent mode – all bytes are sent between networks without making any changes in them.
- MODBUS protocol mode – this mode enables sending data using MODBUS TCP or MODBUS RTU over TCP protocol to a RS485/RS422 network that uses MODBUS RTU protocol.
- Marked frame mode – data string begins with one or two characters that identify the beginning of a frame and it ends with one or two characters identifying the end of a frame.
NC-01-GSM provides solutions when there is a need of connecting local devices with centralized SCADA systems or other devices and networks.

TM-06 – analog and digital inputs module
TM-06 has 8 signal inputs, each of which can work as an analog or digital input. Analog inputs can work in current mode (0-20 or 4-20mA) or voltage mode (0-5 or 0-10 V). Digital inputs work within the 0-30V voltage range. The voltage value at which the digital input detects a high state is also configurable. TM-06 can work in M2M systems, it can be connected to SCADA systems, PLCs, and other devices that use MODBUS RTU protocol. It can work directly with HMIs.
